By the end of this class, students will be able to: ✅ Drive safely in residential neighborhoods – Recognize the importance of lower speed limits, pedestrian awareness, and yielding at crosswalks and driveways. ✅ Share the road with large trucks and buses – Understand blind spots, safe following distances, and how to pass large vehicles properly. ✅ Pass other vehicles safely – Learn the correct use of signals, mirrors, and speed control when overtaking another vehicle. ✅ Handle school bus stop signs correctly – Follow Florida laws regarding stopping for school buses when their stop sign arm is extended. ✅ Drive on bridges and causeways – Learn how to adjust for high winds, narrow lanes, and traffic flow on elevated roadways. ✅ Respond to aggressive drivers and road rage – Develop defensive driving techniques to stay calm, avoid conflicts, and de-escalate dangerous situations. If you need to speak with someone by phone, please allow up to 24 hours for a callback during business hours. In that same time, we’ve likely booked 30–40 hours of lessons through text—just one more reason texting is the fastest way to reach us.
