Good Mood Driving School opened its doors with the mission to provide high-quality driving education for everyone in the area. Our instructors have years of experience in the industry and have a driving record that speaks for itself. We offer comprehensive driving lessons that cover everything from the basics to the most advanced techniques. We want to help you gain the skills you need to become a confident driver, all while having a good time. With our help, you will be on the road in no time.

Our Story

Good Mood Driving School was founded by Rick Moody, a passionate driving instructor with over 10 years of experience. Rick's journey to becoming a driving instructor began in 2002 when he took 15 hours of Driver Education college credits at the University of Florida in order to teach Driver Education in schools. Rick had a vision to start his own driving school, but never took the chance until now. He's excited to help others learn to drive and achieve their independence on the road.

Why We Text 📱

At Good Mood Driving School, we primarily use text messaging to communicate. While it might seem a little impersonal at first, it actually helps us stay organized, respond faster, and keep a clear record of everything discussed.

​Our assistant monitors and replies to messages throughout the day to ensure nothing gets missed. It’s the most efficient way for us to serve you.

If you need to speak with someone by phone, please allow up to 24 hours for a callback during business hours. In that same time, we’ve likely booked 30–40 hours of lessons through text—just one more reason texting is the fastest way to reach us.
