11 - Preparing for the Driving Test (Instructor Training)

The objective of this class is to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to pass the Florida driving test successfully. This course focuses on mastering key driving maneuvers, understanding traffic laws, and avoiding common test mistakes to ensure that students are fully prepared for the road test. By the end of this class, students will be able to: ✅ Perform essential driving test maneuvers, including: Three-point turns Smooth stopping at stop signs and red lights Proper turning and lane changes Backing up safely for 50 feet ✅ Understand Florida’s driving test requirements and what examiners look for during the test. ✅ Avoid common driving test mistakes that lead to automatic failure, such as rolling stops, improper signaling, and not checking blind spots. ✅ Review the Florida Driver Handbook to ensure compliance with state traffic laws and road rules. ✅ Build confidence behind the wheel and develop safe driving habits that extend beyond the test.
